Participation fee
NOK 400,- + license if applicable
Prizes
There will be prizes for the top 3 for women and men:
1st place: NOK 5,000
2nd place: NOK 1,500
3rd place: NOK 1,000
Start time
The starting gun goes off at 12.00 for the elite class and 12.25 for the main field.
We ask all participants to be ready no later than 10 minutes before the race starts.
Race rules
Lower age limit is 13 years. Littering is not permitted. You’ll find places to dispose of garbage at both the start and finish line. Instructions and directions from the race management must be followed. The start number must be worn visibly on the chest/stomach at all times during the race.
Elite field
Time requirement for elite men’s field is under 35min
Time requirement for elite women’s field is under 40min
Speedometers
There will be pacers at the following times:
- 45 min (4:30 min/km)
- 50 min (5:00 min/km)
- 55 min (5:30 min/km)
- 60 min (6:00 min/km)
Race Bib Pickup
Time and location for picking up your race bib:
– Wednesday, May 28th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Intersport Haugesund
– Friday, May 30th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Intersport Haugesund
– Saturday, May 31st from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the town square (rådhusplassen), near the start/finish area
We encourage all participants to pick up their start number as early as possible, and preferably before the race day, if possible! Remember to have an email with a certificate of participation ready for collection.
For those who have ordered T-shirts, these will be handed out when picking up your start number.
Accommodation

Toilets
There will be toilets at the start and finish area.
Bag drop
It will be possible to store luggage at the start and finish area.
Changing rooms
Tents will be available near the start and finish areas for convenient changing.
Timing
There will be electronic timing with gross time/gun shot. Intermediate time will also be taken (this will be specified at a later date).
Drinking stations
A drinking station will be set up at Rådhusplassen, marking the start of lap two and the halfway point of the course. Water and juice will be available.
AfterRUN
To keep the good vibes going after the race, we’ll host an informal AfterRUN event where you can purchase food, soft drinks, beer, and more. Stay tuned for further details!
Parking
